Snoring is frustrating, but it’s not like it’s an active choice you make every night. There are a variety of reasons people end up snoring, from sleep deprivation to mouth anatomy. Though it may not be your fault that you snore, there may be something you can do to prevent it.

The Snore Circle is a wearable Electronic Muscle Stimulator (EMS) that could help relax your throat muscles through the night and help you cut down or stop snoring, and it’s only $79.99.

A way to stop snoring (hopefully)

Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) has been used to relax muscles after a workout and soothe pain, and studies have also found that it has promising results for treating snoring and symptoms of Sleep Apnea. The way the Snore Circle works is by attaching to the underside of your chin and sending EMS pulses that can help open up your airways and stop or slow that loud snoring.

To attach the Snore Circle, all you need to do is get the high viscosity conductive strip and put it on the underside of your chin. Make sure the area is free of stubble. Then stick on the Snore Circle itself. Make sure you’ve already connected the device to the Snore Circle app so you don’t have to sync it while it’s hanging from your chin. From the app, you can choose different settings, including 30 levels of pulse intensity that correspond to your snoring intensity.

Once you’ve got your settings all figured out, the last thing to do is get to sleep. It may take some getting used to, but before long, the Snore Circle might just become part of your sleep routine. When you wake up, you don’t have to guess whether or not you snored through the night. The app monitors your sleeping and gives you an analysis report the next day.
